As a rubber
manufacturer for pharmaceuticals parts, our quality
systems are ISO 9001 registered. The quality department
has some of the most up-to-date equipment available,
including rheometers, moony meter, and tensile
test meter. MRP, a rubber manufacturer, has in
process inspection as well as final inspection
to ensure quality in each of the rubber manufacturing
process.
Statistical
process control (SPE) is used when appropriate
for extruded profiles, rubber tubing, rubber cord,
molded rubber gaskets, silicone seals, molded
silicone "O" rings, silicone sheets,
and solid sheets, silicone die cut and rubber
extrusions.
